Yes, that is vegetable oil all over the stove...
Matt got second degree burn trying to keep it from bubbling over...
My hands were covered in goopy batter because I had tried to dip the chicken in the breading first and THEN in the egg...
We had to laugh about it to keep me from crying.
But it tasted great!!!
